AMTSociety welcomed 73 Aircraft Maintenance Professionals to the training seminar. Table top exhibitors including Airparts Company, Barfield, Inc., Boeing Company, Dayton-Granger, Inc. and Decision Software Systems were on hand to display their products and services. The eight hours of training included seminars from industry experts like Honeywell, Bell Helicopter, Dayton-Granger, Dassault Falcon Jet, Safety-Net, and the FAASTeam. Our thanks to all of these companies for their support of AMTSociety and its IA Renewal Program.
AMTSociety's Ft. Lauderdale training was the second of 12 seminars scheduled for the fall and spring. Each seminar in AMTSociety's IA Renewal Consortium meets the requirements contained in FAR 65.93(A)(4) for Inspection Authorization (IA) renewal training and is acceptable towards 8 hours of training for IA renewal and the FAA AMT Awards Program.
