AMTSociety's Aircraft Maintenance training continued on at the January 13th seminar in Houston, TX and welcomed 114 Aircraft Maintenance Professionals to the seminar. The eight hours of training included seminars from industry experts like Honeywell, Bell Helicopter, T-Data, FlightSafety, Dassault Falcon Jet, Safety-Net, Inc & the FAA. Barfield, Inc., CAE SimuFlite, Flexible Lifeline Systems, Inc, FlightSafety International, Neogard, Safetec, Tdata Corporation & Triumph Aerospace Systems - Wichita were on hand to display their products and services. Our thanks to all of these companies for their support of AMTSociety and its IA Renewal Program.
AMTSociety's Houston training was the seventh of 12 seminars scheduled for the fall and spring. Each seminar in AMTSociety's IA Renewal Consortium meets the requirements contained in FAR 65.93(A)(4) for Inspection Authorization (IA) renewal training and is acceptable towards 8 hours of training for IA renewal and the FAA AMT Awards Program.
