AMTSociety hosted its first annual aircraft maintenance training event in Sacramento, CA on November 4 and welcomed 37 Aircraft Maintenance Professionals to the seminar. The eight hours of training included seminars from industry experts like Pacific Oil Cooler, FAA, Dassault Falcon Jet, FedEx, Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., Safety-Net, Inc. and Standard Aero. Haskel International, Inc. was on hand to display their products and services. Our thanks to all of these companies for their support of AMTSociety and the IA Renewal Program.

AMTSociety's Sacramento training was the fourth of 12 seminars scheduled for the fall and spring. Each seminar in AMTSociety's IA Renewal Consortium meets the requirements contained in FAR 65.93(A)(4) for Inspection Authorization (IA) renewal training and is acceptable towards 8 hours of training for IA renewal and the FAA AMT Awards Program.
